Fill out with name, phone# date/time you want to bowl on each day, Dates are April 17,18,24,25, May 1,2,8,9,15,16. Times on Saturday are 9am, 1:30pm and 5:30pm, times on Sunday are 9am and 1:00pm. This center is only 10 lanes, only 20 teams per weekend. Saturday can bowl all in one day, Team even will be at 5:30pm
